About this product
The PJSC Ternopil Dairy Factory Acid Casein is a granular milk protein produced by the controlled acidification of pure skim milk using mineral acid.
A technical-grade product of highest quality, containing minimum 93% protein (dry basis) and manufactured under strict ISO standards (8968-2, 5500, 5543, 5544, 5548, 5547, 5546, 8156, 5739).
Typical parameters: moisture ≤11.5%, fat ≤2.0%, ash ≤2.5%, lactose 0.5 ± 0.4%, pH 4.0 ± 0.3, insolubility index ≤0.15 cm³.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place (below 25°C and 65% RH).
Shelf life: 12 months.
Packaging: 25 kg multilayer paper bags with polyethylene liner.
