Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter

The PJSC Ternopil Dairy Factory Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter is produced from pasteurized cream derived from fresh cow’s milk. It offers a well-defined creamy flavor with pasteurization notes, no off-tastes or odors, and a uniform light-yellow color.

Physical & chemical composition: min. milk fat 82%, max. moisture 16%, non-fat solids ≤2%, pH ≥6.25, acidity ≤2.5 mmol/100 g fat.

Microbiological limits: total plate count ≤1.0×10⁴ CFU/g, coliform ≤10 CFU/g, yeast & mold ≤100 CFU/g, Listeria monocytogenes and Salmonella absent (ISO compliant).

Storage: keep frozen in a dry area (RH <80%).

Shelf life:

• 0°C to -5°C: 3 months
• -6°C to -11°C: 9 months
• -12°C to -18°C: 12 months
• Packaging: 25 kg paper box with polyethylene liner.
