About this product
1. Ingredients and presentation
Made from naturally matured pasteurized cream.
Presentation: 25 kg units, with primary packaging in 100-micron low-density polyethylene bags and secondary packaging in corrugated cardboard boxes sealed with adhesive tape.
2. Shelf life and storage
When stored between –12 and –20 °C, unopened and with no signs of packaging damage, the product has a maximum shelf life of 12 months from the packaging date.
It must be kept under proper handling and storage conditions.
3. Sensory characteristics
Smooth, uniform, and spreadable appearance with even water distribution.
Yellowish-white color without stains, characteristic flavor and odor, and solid, plastic consistency at 20 °C.
