1. Description and ingredients

High-quality refined vegetable fat specially designed for the dairy and confectionery industries. Ideal for processed cheese, sour cream, condensed milk, confectionery fillings, and cake creams.

Made from refined, bleached, and deodorized palm oil, palm olein, and sunflower oil, with emulsifiers (E471, triglycerides, soy lecithin) and antioxidants (E320, E321).

2. Characteristics and nutritional value

Has a solid, homogeneous, and flexible consistency at 18 °C, clean white color, and neutral flavor and aroma. Contains 99.9% fat and 0.1% moisture, ensuring excellent performance in high-fat applications.

Nutritional value per 100 g: 897 kcal, 99.7 g fat (42–54.4 g saturated), 0 g carbohydrates, 0 g protein, 0 g salt.

3. Packaging, storage and shelf life

Packaging: 20 kg corrugated carton boxes with inner polyethylene liner.

Shelf life: 12 months at 0 °C to +20 °C; up to 18 months at –20 °C to 0 °C; also available unfrozen for use within 15 days at 40 °C.
