The UF Cheese Cup Filling Line is a fully automated solution for ultrafiltration cheese production, ensuring high hygiene, precision, and throughput.

Capacity: 4000 cups/hour.

  • Cup dispenser with UV sterilization.
  • Servo-driven dosing system with ball screw; product & rennet tanks with diaphragm level transmitters.
  • Coagulation tunnel with modular Flexon/MCC chain and cleaning system.
  • Automatic packaging section: parchment, salt, foil, and lid dispensers with vacuum checks, heat sealing, and temperature control.
  • Control system: Siemens S7-300 PLC with touchscreen HMI; electrical parts by Siemens/Schneider, sensors by Pepperl, Sick, IFM.
