Built with a 1.5 mm AISI 304 stainless steel inner body (polished sanitary finish) and a 1 mm AISI 302 outer body (2B finish), this vat is engineered for longevity and easy maintenance.

Heating is provided through hot water circulation via a bottom expander, while a lateral AISI 304 stainless steel cooling coil allows efficient cold-water regulation.
