1. General description
Whey Protein Concentrate 35% (WPC 35) is produced by ultrafiltration of pasteurized whey, containing a minimum of 35% protein on a dry basis. It appears as a homogeneous white to cream powder, with typical dairy flavor and odor, free from preservatives or additives.
