1. Description and composition

Product made from a combination of milk and/or reconstituted milk powder with whey and/or reconstituted whey, enriched with sugar.

Its composition is stabilized with thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum, CMC), plus lactose and modified starch, ensuring uniform and stable texture.

2. Characteristics and applications

It has a whitish-yellow color, homogeneous appearance, and semi-fluid liquid consistency, with a sweet, clean, and typical flavor of concentrated dairy blends.

It is widely used in confectionery, desserts, fillings, creams, and beverages, offering excellent yield and sensory standardization.

3. Packaging and storage

Available in 260 g, 340 g, 395 g, 2.5 kg, and 5 kg packages, in bag or carton formats, suitable for food service, industry, and retail.

Its shelf life ranges from 6 to 12 months depending on packaging and storage conditions, and it must be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
