Can be smoked or unsmoked, with a smooth, thin rind. Ideal for grilling, slicing, or gratinating, maintaining good consistency when heated. Presented in cylindrical or pear shapes, vacuum-packed. About this product

General Description

Low-moisture semi-fat fresh cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk, coagulated with rennet and selected lactic cultures. It has a compact, elastic, and smooth texture, yellowish color, and a mild, mature flavor, free from off-flavors or odors.

Ingredients and Presentation

Pasteurized milk, salt (sodium chloride), calcium chloride, lactic starter culture, and lipase as ripening agent. Supplied in approx. 1.8 kg blocks, vacuum-packed in shrink polyethylene bags.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store refrigerated between 4 °C and 7 °C, protected from moisture and external contaminants. Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing date.
