Tilting Kettle “MV-100”

The MV-100 tilting kettle is designed for cooking and sterilizing dairy products, juices, and other foods. It has a 100-liter capacity per load, a jacketed kettle with dished bottom, and is built from sanitary AISI 304 stainless steel. Operated manually, it includes lids, a relief valve, and a thermometer. It features a 2 hp agitator motor with a 60:1 reducer and 29 rpm. Power options are single-phase or three-phase 220V-380V, with heating provided by an industrial circular gas burner. Temperature is adjustable from 0° to 200°C. The jacket has a level indicator for thermal oil or water. This practical unit is easy to clean, highly durable, and resistant. It weighs 150 kg and measures 150 cm high, 80 cm long, and 90 cm wide.
