It contains at least 85.5% protein (dry matter), with a casein/whey ratio of 80:20. Low in fat (0.5%), limited carbohydrates (6.3% lactose), and 5% moisture. It is also a source of calcium (2050 mg/100 g), phosphorus (1330 mg/100 g), and magnesium (100 mg/100 g).
