About this product

LACTOYER GRAS 26® is a partially demineralized whey powder (PDM), fat-filled with margarine fat or palm oil, then crystallized and homogenized before spray-drying. It is a micronized powder (pale yellow-white) with a characteristic, mild aroma, smooth, uniform texture, free of visible burnt particles, and contains authorized emulsifiers/antioxidants. Standardized to 26% fat.

Benefits: good flow and handling; stable storage without rancidity; near-absence of free fat; improved fat assimilation; non-hygroscopic lactose; instant dissolution; lactoalbumin & lactoglobulin proteins.

Applications:
