It has a natural dairy flavor, high solubility, about 33% protein, and low moisture that ensures microbiological stability.

Ideal for bakery, confectionery, and food formulations, providing authentic flavor and improved texture.

Free from added sugars, preservatives, Salmonella, and Listeria, ensuring high food safety standards.

3. Packaging and storage

Packed in 25 kg Kraft paper bags with polyethylene lining, protecting against moisture, light, and contamination.

Shelf life is 18 months if stored below 25 °C, in a dry place with max. 65% relative humidity; may contain traces of gluten and soy.
