Proteomics Analysis Service

Proteomic analysis comprehensively examines all proteins in an organism, tissue or cell—their structure, function, expression levels and interactions—to reveal dynamic changes and molecular mechanisms. It includes protein identification and quantification, PTM detection, interaction‐network analysis and pathway enrichment, enabling a complete view of protein roles in physiological and pathological states. Using high-resolution LC-MS/MS and advanced bioinformatics, proteomics links genes to phenotypes, clarifies disease mechanisms, discovers biomarkers and defines therapeutic targets, powering precision medicine and drug development.

Quantification can be label-based (SILAC, ICAT, ^18O), where samples are mixed and relative abundance is derived from peak intensities with high accuracy and reproducibility; or label-free, analyzing each sample separately via peptide intensities or spectral counts—simpler and scalable, but reliant on instrument stability and data processing.
