About this product
The cooling tanks are class 2BII with 2 mm AISI 304 stainless steel surfaces. Cooling uses a rolbont plate (evaporator) laser-welded, with 60 mm high-density polyurethane insulation (141 BHFC). The mixer runs continuously to 4 °C and between 4–6 °C every 15 min for 2 min. They feature two motor and condenser groups, one with a double fan. A touch digital controller in a stainless-steel housing shows faults, milk volume, and washing steps, and starts the automatic cleaning with one button.
