ULI-5 POPSICLE PACKAGING MACHINE (VIKINGS, ICE POPS)

The ESSI ULI-5 filling machine is designed to fill liquids into an ultra-clean bag such as: fruit pulp, yogurt with fruit pulp, yogurt, milk, and derivatives with viscosities up to 500 cps. Thanks to its closed cabinet operation, it guarantees aseptic product conditions. It is equipped with 5 dispensing nozzles.

Capacity: 6,600 units/hour (yogurt) with 5 dosing nozzles.

Filling range: 30 | 45 | 100 ml.

Sealing: constant temperature sealing.

Plastic rolls: roll width 455 mm.

Roll weight: roll holder supports rolls from 20 to 120 kg.
